Look no further - our lovely 3 bedroomed Kissimmee vacation villa is only, 10 minutes from Disneyworld, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld. If you prefer shopping the villa is near International Drive which has easy access to many shopping malls including Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia and Prime Outlets. There is also great choice of dining from Chinese, Indian to good old American fare nearby.
Imagine the perfect start to the day with an early morning swim before breakfast in the villa's pool, followed by a poolside breakfast with the warm Florida sun glistening on the pool. All you need to think about is planning the perfect day in the sunshine whether it be having fun at the theme parks or a relaxing day at home.

This is a lovely villa.it has everything you would need to have a good holiday including a very nice swimming pool and it is just off highway 29 which takes you along the road to Disney 5.5 miles and the i4 east to Orlando town and west to Tampa. There are also a lot of nice eating places nearby two of our favorites were the Orlando ale house and the sweet tomato. There are also some of the big supermarkets, Walmart,Publix,and Target.we would definitely recommend

The villa was lovely and clean, and well maintained. It is in a quiet residential street. Pool area is lovely and the pool was cleaned every week. the only thing I could fault was a couple of marks on the cream carpet. When we advised this to the management co (Kevin) he came and sorted this out with a carpet cleaner. We had a lovely holiday and our American friends all loved the villa when they visited. I would definitely go back.

Cannot fault this property at all. The villa was brilliantly clean and beautifully furnished. The lighting in the pool was a particularly nice touch. The location was brilliant, 10-minute drive to Disney and even in walking distance of a few shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely go back.

The property was exactly as described. The pool & pool area were in constant use either as a relaxing days entertainment or for a welcome "dip" at the end of a hard day at the parks. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to a selection of shops to ensure "popping-out" for provisions did not become a chore. A thoroughly enjoyable vacation, which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more and really did feel like home. The location was excellent to get to the Disney parks and only a short drive from SeaWorld and international drive.

This property is good value for money, in a very quiet residential area and very convenient for Disney (10 mins) and the other parks. It has everything you could possibly need (washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, large oven, dishwasher even hairdryers. Very comfortable. There is a safe, telephone and use of the internet (no extra charges) and I particularly liked the two British plugs in the kitchen (240 volts). Would definitely stay there again. Did not use the pool as the air temp was not that great when we were in Florida but it is quite private with fencing all the way round. Lovely big American fridge and a double garage. Had an issue with the key breaking in the front door lock but the friendly and helpful managing agent very quickly sorted this.
