This beautiful villa is located in the Premier Award Winning and 24 hour guard-gated community Terra Verde Resort. It is a luxurious eight bedroom, four and a half bath home which has two Master Suites, a Private Pool and Spa, and a Game Room. Close to Disney world, Sea World and Universal studio, it's a perfect place to stay for your Orlando vacation!
We have taken extra care to furnish our Villa with you and your family in mind. The house just finished renovation with new furniture and new bedding. It provides free WiFi high speed internet access, free local, US domestic & Canada phone calls, and cable TV in every room. The Gourmet Kitchen has all the necessities you may need plus some amenities to help you enjoy your stay. The extended Pool Area includes a Spa, backs to woods for additional privacy. The game room boasts a professional grade pool table, air hockey, and football.
The villa is cleaned by the area's reputable professional cleaning service before each guest group's arrival. Our dedicated onsite management team can be reached at 24/7 to ensure the quality of your stay. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal!

After a long drive from the cold North , this was definitely a welcoming place.
The place was clean and the rooms were all done up exactly as described. The kids loved the private pool and heated spa.
The rear of the house faced the woods and was quite private. The place had a new BarBQ too.
There was ample space for our group of 8 with no rush for the washrooms.
It was a calm serene neighbourhood and there was good security for the gated community. The morning walks and jogs around the lake were the best.
The community pool and gym were also good and peaceful with plenty of deck chairs and shade.
The place was close to a Walmart so it was easy to pick up supplies on the first day that we arrived.
The management company was very prompt and responsive to our queries and requests.
We had the perfect temperatures for late Feb and the perfect place to stay. It was an enjoyable stay and we will definitely consider staying at this place again in the future.
