Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Our exclusive villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and ensures you have the privacy and comfort to enjoy that well earned Vacation. Central air-conditioned living space. The villa comprises a Lounge, Formal Dining Room with additional Family Room together with 3 bedrooms furnished as Queens and Twin room. Patio doors overlook the Pool. Family Room is comfortably furnished and provides entertainment including a 52" inch TV. Dining Room is furnished for those special evenings with seating for 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped for up to 6 people including Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the necessary Crockery and Utensils you would expect to find in a family home. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer are on the premisis and as well as access to a spacious garage which has Automatic Door Entry Master Suite he large master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king size bed, TV and ??his and hers ?? walk-in wardrobes. There is a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large shower . The bedroom has large patio doors leading out onto the pool area for that early morning swim. Second bedroom has doors leading out to pool area,it has a queen size bed. Third Bedroom is furnished with twin size bed . Both have ample wardrobe space and share the second family bathroom. This also serves as a pool bathroom having access from the deck area. Swimming Pool features a pool complete with baby guard, the fully caged deck is furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs for those outdoor meals. Pool heating is availabe.

This house resides in a community of villas. Very close to the 192 which can be taken to Disney World and sea world . Walmart supercenter 24 hours within walking distance, for any necessities.
