Florida and County licensed newly renovated and furnished villa in March 2014 has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with two kings, (one downstairs ( master suite) and one upstairs), two queens, (one downstairs and one upstairs), and one twins upstairs.

It is situated at the prestigious Hampton Lakes community located on Highway 27, just off the US 192. The estate offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes). 42" LCD TV in living room and 22” TV in all bed rooms. Wireless internet access, and free local and long distance phone service throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada, in-house laundry with washing machine and dryer. A shopping mall including a 24/7 Walmart Super center is only 4 miles
away. It is 10 miles to Disney. The community is a new community with two communal lakes (no fishing please), a swimming pool, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and two children play areas, all are free to use.
