A beautiful south facing villa on Sunset Lakes has 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms - Sleeps 14 guests comfortably.

Sunset Lakes is in Kissimme and it is only 5 minutes Drive from Disney - Save time & gas!

This high end property overlooks the larger of two lakes from the south facing pool area and master bedroom balcony.

The pool area also boosts a jacuzzi spa, with waterfall feature, and an oversized deck giving you plenty of room to play or sunbathe on the numerous quality sun loungers.

As well as all day sunshine on our patio, there is a covered area for shade. This is important for those guests/children who don't like too much sun. It will also allow you to sit outside to eat or BBQ when it rains too! Not all villas have this...

Our 6 bed, 4 bath vacation home has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs. It is idea for elderly or disabled guests.

How to make a reservation:

1. Email or call me with your final requirements, your address and contact numbers; I will reconfirm availability

2. I will email or mail you a confirmation letter, a booking form and a copy of our terms

3. Return your completed booking form with a 10% deposit to hold the reservation.

The final balance, plus a $150.00 refundable security deposit, is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Access codes and directions are given at this time.

We stayed there in May 2009....all six of our family, and both sets of grandparents. The house was beautiful, well cared for, and a real haven between the cruise and disneyworld. there was more than enough room for everyone. I strongly recommend this to anyone. So much better than a hotel room! We got to spend some real quality time with our family. The private pooll....awesome! My three and five year old kids were doing laps by the end of the first day!

We came with our 4 kids (9yr -> 1.5yr) to Florida for a Disney-week. The house was great, with all the required amenities suitable for kids (and us). Gameroom/garage is large with many options (there are rain ponchos, strollers, collapsable crib, a highchair and even a scooter). The location is 10 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom (20 minutes if you stop by the McDonalds drive-through). Sharon was very helpful, the management company representative was cooperative and nice to us. All in all, I would recommend this stay and rate it the highest.
