This recently constructed home is located directly across the street from the beach in Kitty Hawk. No homes across the street to obstruct your view and you have private access to the beach! There are two decks Oceanside to offer you breathtaking views of the Ocean. This property has 4 bedrooms with 2 master suites, and three bathrooms. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower with a Private Hot Tub on the deck located off of the bathroom. This privately owned home, which has never been in the rental program, offers every amenity possible; no corners cut here as this was the owners primary residence until he recently relocated. The bedding consists of 3 Queen Beds and 1 Double bed. There are 2 open sun decks and 2 covered porches with deck furniture. Other amenities include: Central air/heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, cable with 5 color TVs, 3 DVDs, 3 VCRs and telephone. There is a BBQ, an enclosed outside shower and a ground level deck with chairs. NO PETS, Saturday to Saturday rental period. Linen rental is available. Beds will be made prior to your arrival at no additional charge!
