Description of the Klamath Falls vacation cabin rental

Lakewoods Village is a less than 45 minute drive to Medford, Ashland, and/or Klamath Falls, OR. The Prospector is a beautiful 2,610 sq. ft. Northwest style cabin nestled between the trees of the Winema National Forest in the Southern Oregon Cascade mountains. Master Suite includes a corner propane fireplace, sliding glass doors to the private covered deck, walk-in closet, and master bathroom with jetted tub, full shower, and double sinks. Bedroom 2 and 3 are separated by bathroom 2, which has a shower/tub combination. Above the bathroom is a loft with access to bedroom 3. There's a spacious loft above the 2-car garage, overlooking the Great Room, with extra sleeping accommodations.

Pets are not permitted in the cabin. Properties are not fenced. If you have needs which require your pet to accompany you, please contact us. If a mutually agreeable arrangement can be made, you will be charged a non-refundable pet deposit fee.

Lakewoods Village is such a desirable vacation destination because we're just minutes from several pristine lakes (Lake of the Woods, Hyatt Lake, Fish Lake, and Howard Prairie Lake) where you can go swimming, fishing, or jet skiing in the summer months. Also, in the winter, you can cross country ski or snowmobile on many trails, starting from our cabin's front door. Lakewoods Village is located between Klamath Falls, Medford, and Ashland, where a short car ride can take you to enjoy many Southern Oregon activities (many golf courses, vineyard/winery tours, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, skiing, bird watching, etc.).

• Deposits: Half of the rent amount as a deposit is required to book. Balance of rent is due 20 (45 for holidays) days before arrival and is not refundable if dates are shortened or cancelled and will be automatically charged to your credit card. The $350.00 security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure provided no damage has been done to the cabin. In the event damage has been done which exceeds the security deposit amount, your credit card will be charged accordingly.
