Description of the Knights Ferry vacation b&b rental

This building has 4-guest rooms with a large park-like yard located on the banks of the Stanislaus River. We are offering the rental of the entire building as a weekly vacation rental home. The amenities consist of 4 guest rooms, parlor (lobby), decorated with many antiques. Also included are a kitchen, laundry room, and game room with a large adjoining deck which overlooks the garden and river. Direct TV in each guest room and game room, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and linens are all included. There are 3 guest rooms upstairs, which share a bathroom. Each guest room sleeps two people and a rollaway single bed is available for one of the guest rooms. The "suite" is downstairs, has it's own bath and can sleep 4 with a queen bed and double sofa bed. The single roll-away bed is also available for this room.
(The facility is to be used for only the guests staying in the rooms) An event can be included for an extra charge.

Located in the Historic Landmark community of Knights Ferry, CA , just off Hwy 120, at the "Gateway to Yosemite" in the Sierra foothills. River rafting, fishing, hiking, bicycling, antique shopping and gambling are among many of the activities in the area. Just minutes away from 3 lakes. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.
