Description of the Ko Olina vacation condo rental

ASK FOR NOVEMBER SPECIAL!!!Beachfront highly upgraded one bedroom with oceanfront lanai overlooking salt water heated pool, dolphins and whales frolicing in the ocean and palm trees swaying in the tropical breezes. What a place for your morning coffee and meditation.
New gourmet granite and stainless kitchen and marble bath make daily living a delight. For your convenience, even spices and some staples are provided.
Sleep on queen drop down wall bed listening to waves and russling palms, or on King bed in air coditioned bedroom.
Laundry on site, security guard at night and 1.5 miles of sandy beach with very few people on it. Truly Paradise.
Shopping and Dining near and every sport available in Hawaii within a few miles. But you might find it difficult to leave Maili Cove. Our Guest Book testimonials in the apartment are all First rate and there for you to read and add to before departing.

Area Description

West Oahu, near Ko Olina Spa Resort, 25 minutes from Honolulu airport. Like going to Maui but still able to drive/bus to Waikiki and all its nightlife in 45 minutes.
CAR RENTAL IS NECESSARY. TAXI IS TOO EXPENSIVE. BUS IS AVILABLE BUT TRAVEL TIME IS FRUSTRATING AND SUITCASES CANNOT BE TAKEN ON THE BUS.
Kapolei Shopping Center 15 minutes and Waikele Outlet Shopping about 25 minutes. Local shopping and fast foods one mile away and famous Roy's Restaurant and others at KoOlina.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 2 p.m.
Required Stay: two weeks
Lodging Tax: 12%
Deposits: $500. Security Deposit is refundable if you leave everything just as you found it, no damages, and all rents paid. Reservation confirmed with 50% deposit, also refundable with 90 day advance notice during winter season and 60 days the rest of the year. 50% of deposit refundable with only 60/30 days advance notice.
Other Fees: Cleaning fee will be charged to everyone in the amount of $100. even though you are expected to leave the apartment clean, dishes and linens washed, and everything in its original place.Parking is free, #62, and laundry on site is coin operated but very reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very well kept and nicely decorated. The view from the Lania is excellent, I enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. The building and grounds are well maintained.

This condo was very clean and beautiful in its decor and appointments. The view is magnificent from the well maintained grounds, the swaying palm trees and the beautiful salt water pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I am sure we will return as soon as our circumstances allow it.
