This Magical Hawaiian Paradise Townhome is furnished in a tasteful and elegant tropical island theme with Polynesian-style ceiling fans and all the amenities. It is one of the Largest homes in the complex. Beautiful 1715 square foot private two-story resort townhome (with an additional 579 sq. ft. lanai space) offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 FULL BATHS, living room, dining area, full upgraded kitchen, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, 3 lanais, 2-car garage and 2nd floor den, which is set up as a private 4th bedroom/office with sofabed.

Perfect for those who cannot climb steps because on the first level there is one full bath and one BEDROOM with an extra wide Queen-sized bed. Upstairs offers a huge MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bath with sunken bathtub, separate shower stall and bidet. On the second floor is the den and third bedroom with an extra wide Queen-sized bed and third bath. A queen sofabed in the den accommodates two additional guests with privacy. Other amenities include high-speed Internet access (WiFi), digital phone service with long-distance within U.S. & Canada; voicemail, 3 televisions and VCR unit/DVD Player, two 3-CD stereo systems, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer in the unit and more. The two large private lanais and a third small lanai total 579 square feet. One lanai is off the living room and main entrance has a gas grill and outdoor dining table. The other large lanai is off the master bedroom. The small lanai is off the first floor bedroom. absolutely perfect 6 weeks---unit was very clean & well appointed---enjoyed the "REAL HAWAII"" experience of the Coconut Plantation --- We will be back next year--- We have been coming to Hawaii since 1971 & visited 3 other islands on numerious occasions "THIS IS THE BEST"--- The Ko Olina resort is fantastic,visitor friendly& spotlessly maintained only 4 minutes from the tranquility of the "Plantation" is the shopping district center of "Kapolei"where all the shopping convienances you could wish for are at your finger tips--- thanks Mike Star(agent)
