Fully decorated and furnished in tropical Hawaiian decor, furnished living room with wide scren digital TV, furnished kitchen wares and dining sets, dining table/chairs for 4 , furnished lanai furniture, 2 bedrooms each furnished with queen size bed and digital TV, linen closet of towels and beddings sets, plantation window shutters, plantation ceiling fans, central air, good size refrigerator, washer and dryer. The resort and the community has 24 hours security patrols aside from video equipped security gates.
Dining out is popular and walking distance to Roys Restaurant, Chucks Steak House, and 2 bar and grill outside dining at Marriots Vacation club and Marriots Ihilani Hotel.

Resort has walking and trailing paths throughout that curves around to total of 12 miles (6 miles RT on lagoons and 6 miles on main street).
