A unique location between the ocean and lagoon, secluded and private. Lots of beautiful spruce trees and water access. Also located near the winery for tasting and gift shop.

Located in a pristine area of ocean, beaches, rivers, spruce forests, bays and lagoon. Along a beautiful 45 minute ride from Kodiak city, around 3 bays, to the beautiful Chiniak area where the Kodiak Island Winery and vacation rentals are located. There are many salmon rivers close by.
