Description of the La Barqueta vacation home rental
Beautiful beach house located in La Barqueta, Panama (25 min outside of David). Never been to Panama? It has a lot more to offer than just the Panama Canal. Cheaper cost of living, tropical weather, beautiful beaches, friendly people, and it is completely safe. The house is also secure with gate entry. This house is located directly on the beach, literally walking out the back sliding door your feet will touch the sand. Very tranquil, relaxing, and a great affordable price. The beach is private, and connects to the public beach, so if you want to have a beach with very few people, you can, and if you want to walk 10 minutes down the beach to interact with the locals and the public (along with a few bars and restaurants) it is very easy to do so. I will personally help walk you through your travel reservations if you have any questions about reaching David, Panama (very easy to arrive from Panama City, in bus, or in airplane depending on your travel preference). Fully furnished, washer/dryer, weekly or daily cleaning employment is also available (but not included). Yes we allow pets. Smoking is also allowed, but restricted to the outside screened in patio. $2000 a month for contract of 6 months or more. Prices very on shorter stays, and must be arranged. Area Description
This hosue is La Barqueta, Panama. Boquete is an hour drive away. About 25 minutes outside of David, Panama, in the Chiriqui Province. David is the second largest city in Panama, and is about 45 minutes travel in plane from Panama City. Driving is about 4-5 hours, and bus is about 6 hours. The drive is very easy to do if you decide to rent a car. La Barqueta is located on the Pacific Coast of Panama, and is approximately an hour from the Costa Rican border.
Located less than a mile from the house is Las Olas Resort, at which anyone can book a large variety of activities. The pool and gym at the hotel are also available for use free of charge.
