Description of the La Chapelle Aubareil vacation villa rental
''''''La Bastide''''''. This is the largest of the three houses and may be rented with ''''''Les Lauzes'''''' Upon arriving at La Bastide the entrance door is located opposite the private heated pool (5 x 10 m) and shaded, gravel terrace surrounded by shrubs, flowers and large lawns for fun and games.
The front door leads directly into a large country kitchen - dining room with a large functional chimney, a large farmhouse dining table seating up to 12 persons, and the kitchen area. Again, the walls are of exposed stone, the ceilings show off the original beams and the floors are tiled, all in keeping with a traditional Perigordian property.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all modern appliances, as in Les Lauzes, and also has the extra facility of a tumble dryer in a small utility room.
The bedrooms at La Bastide are located in two wings; from one side of the kitchen a door leads to the left wing, with one large double room on the ground floor, an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two further double bedrooms, sharing one bathroom and WC.
To the right of the kitchen-dining room, is the large and bright living room, with 3 leather settees gathered around another fully functional fire place, for enjoying a flamb''' on the cooler evenings out of season. There is a television area in the lounge with an additional settee, and a card table and chairs for playing games. At the far end of the living area, a door leads to one double room with it'''s en-suite and separate WC. An open feature staircase leads to the first floor and to the landing area, here, two more double bedrooms each enjoy an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and a WC.
