Back in Turquesa 1

Third time in this wonderful place. It is real paradise, peace, increadible scenery and sunrise, the sea is too warm to be true! And you feel alone because there are just a few people... and only 25mn away from old Puerto Vallarta - a charming town to visit with great restaurants. And if you are too lazy to go that far, there are other great ones in Bucerias, 5mn from the place. Just paradise!

This is an incredibly peaceful and lovely home away from home. This has been my second year staying in Turquesa 1. The condo itself is well-equipped and comfortable. In addition to the private plunge pool, there are two large pools less than 60 seconds from the unit. They are never crowded and always quiet - no fighting for chairs here! The setting is beautiful, and the grounds are beautifully appointed and maintained. I stayed here by myself for most of my month-long stay this year, and felt very safe. The security is tight. The location on the beach allows for long beach walks between Bucerias and La Cruz. The new La Cruz marina and new fish market is a 5 minute ride. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. The beach here has gentle waves. If you are hankering for some high wave action, Destiladeras Beach is only 15 minutes away by bus or car. I would also like to mention that the owners are a pleasure with which to work, and their American property manager is responsive and very professional. I will be back next year!

Fabulous !!

This is a wonderful condo. Feels more like a villa. Punta Esmeralda is a luxury gated community on Banderas Bay with miles of beach. We went for long walks every morning. Condo is new and nicely decorated with all ammenities and fabulous ocean views. Nicer than the photos on website. Excellent price. Perfect location, minutes to Bucerias with wonderful restaurants and minutes to La Cruz with it's new marina. You can actually walk the beach to Bucerias in 30 min. Sayalita,a great surf beach & community is only a 20 minute drive. One of our best vacations in Mexico! Property manager very nice & helpful. We will be returning.

What a WONDERFUL place to spend time in Mexico. We recently spent one week at Turquesa 1 and it was fabulous. The pool on the front porch was wonderful, watching the birds, walking on the beach -- Everything was great. The condo is very spacious and equipped nicely. Nice to have a washer and dryer handy. Thank you!!
