The Villa within Quinta Del Encanto is comprised of a variety of residential accommodations; each quite private, commanding an incredible bay and coastline view. Within the Villa residences may be combined to create a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2-kitchen hideaway. Each overlooks the Venetian-tiled pool: its fountains and flowing waters create an atmosphere not experienced by most!
While sitting on the terraces of the Villa, you can see the beaches of Bucerias, the coastline of Nuevo Vallarta, the coastal resort of Puerto Vallarta, and the Bahia de Banderas. A taxi zone is available minutes away. The local beaches and village are a delightful five minute stroll. The aqua lagoons and coral-sand surfing beaches of the Bahia de Banderas coastline can be viewed on route to Punta de Mita, within 15 minutes from the Villa.
The Villa is staffed with a houseman, 2 maids, and gardener. For your convenience the maid cheerfully serves breakfast, if you desire. The Villa at Quinta Del Encanto is comprised of the accommodations below.

A morning stroll to the harbor will allow you to purchase fresh fish as the fishermen unload their boats, or watch as the local restaurants buy the evening's "catch of the day." Arrangements can be made at the Villa to have your seafood selections prepared in the Mexican style or prepare a culinary feast in the Villa's gourmet kitchen yourself.

I just wanted to send you a thank you note. Over the years we have traveled to just about every part of Mexico and love the country and it's people, but up to this year we only had 2 week holidays so we didn't know if we could sit still for more than a couple of days at a time. Staying at your place made it easy, in fact it made it hard to get back on the road. We had such a great time in La Cruz and especially at your casa that we shall return next year. Having seen most of Mexico we feel La Cruz is the place where we will spend our winters from now on.
Your place was perfect in every detail and the view was the as good as it gets. We spent the whole four weeks lounging around the pool and enjoyed watching the activity below in La Cruz and out on the bay. We wouldn't trade the waterfront for your place. We were so comfortable there that we are glad to say, we only went in to P.V. once and that was once to often. We enjoyed our unit and it had everything we needed including the outside eating area but one small suggestion is to add some kind of light for the table, it is to dark after dusk. maybe a short string of those small Christmas light around the underside of the umbrella
I'm a custom home design/builder and I love the Mexican style and architecture, and it is nice to see a place like yours where both the designing and the workmanship equally reflect this style.
The staff were fantastic and they looked after Carole and I extremely well, in fact they made us downright lazy. Grieze and Rosa did a great job and your place was always spotless. We taught each other a little Spanish & English which was probably more like the blind leading the blind, but it was fun. After 4 weeks, when we had to finally had to say adios and leave, we knew we had 4 new friends in Mexico and we look forward to seeing them when we return.
We also met a number of ex-pat gringos in La Cruz who treated us as new (short term) members of there community and made us feel real comfortable which is nice when you first arrive not knowing anyone.
I could go on and on about how enjoyable our stay was but I am sure you know better than us.
Anyway we thank you very much and will talk to again next year.

In just a week I made several acquaintances in La Cruz as well as in Punta de Mita. I am planning to go back either in April or June if I can.
Susi, for my next visit I would like to stay in Casita Amanecer. I got a tour from Maria & Gris & I love that unit, it's perfect for 1 person. I am thinking of spending my birthday (May 1st) in Mexico, I'll let you know. I appreciate your help in making my vacation a most wonderful & memorable experience. I hope to talk to you soon.

Just want to let you know what a fantastic time John and I had in La Cruz. The Villa was fabulous. We rented a car and spent some time in Saluita and San Panchos. We loved both towns. We were at the fish docks when 2 fishermen came in with a shark. It was very cool! Our holiday could not have been improved upon in anyway. Thank you so very much for the Villa.
We went for a Canopy tour in Los Veranos which was also a highlight. I filled in the diary you had with some tips for the next guest on restaurants and things we discovered to be particularly good.
