Casa Kaeli is a two-year old custom designed contemporary-palapa style oceanfront home. Created especially for casual tropical living, with three levels of exciting views, a beautiful infiniti pool, and the sand beach just steps from the casa.

Enter through a small zen-like courtyard with cantera fountain (& large garage for off-street parking.) Once inside the casa, you'll be captivated by the view and the comfortable, inviting home. Stained concrete floors with stone inlays, unique bathrooms, quality furnishings & custom light fixtures add to the overall enjoyment of the casa.

The greatroom has custom loveseats with an oversized equipale leather ottoman/cocktail table, art niches, and flatscreen TV. The kitchen features an 8' solid granite slab island and gorgeous hand-made primavera cabinetry.

Telescoping glass opens the great room completely to the lovely oceanfront dining/grill palapa... which over looks the Bay of Banderas! A hammock beckons for afternoon siestas; upholstered banquet seating and comfy equipale chairs gather around the large handmade mesquite dining table. There are quality indoor-outdoor chairs for sipping morning coffee (or afternoon tequila!) while you enjoy the views. Often whales can be sighted from here, as well as kite sailers, yachters and beach strollers.

This casa is wonderful for entertaining! A Jenn-Aire gas grill and serving bar under the palapa become one with the kitchen & greatroom merely by opening up the glass doors. A great area for gathering, enjoying meals and conversation during the day, this special terrace becomes magical at night, with the twinkling lights of Banderas Bay as a back-drop!!

The infiniti pool is on the lower level, along with two guests bedrooms, a shared bath w/double sinks and walk-in shower, and palapa-fringed poolside terrace. From here, a grassy lawn & tiny beach palapa lead right onto the sand beach. You can walk for miles... to Bucerias or all the way to Nuevo Vallarta, if so inclined (8 miles or so.)

Back in the casa, there is a pretty master suite on the entry level, plus another master on the top floor which is a very special studio suite beneath a dramatic palapa roof. A roomy space, with nice sitting area, kitchenette w/bar & gauzy tropical canopied bed. A unique & beautiful "jungle style " bath with rustic 2-person shower opens to the outdoors... A small soaking spa on the ocean-front terrace offers a wonderfullly romantic end to balmy tropical nights.

Very close to the resort Punta Esmerelda, but in a private home. The beach is wonderful, and uncrowded still.

Luxury accommodation, however extremely comfortable and casual... a great place to "veg" in the tropical sun!! When you want action, it is not far away... Puerto Vallarta has all the usual tourist activities, deeps sea fishing charters leave from nearby La Cruz's Marina Nayarit, or drive north just 15 mintues to the surfing town of Sayulita!
