This one bedroom apartment has a great patio with ocean views and is very peaceful. The crash of the waves will put you to sleep at night.

Walking distance to all, just stroll down the street to
world famous Wind n Sea white Sand Beach, one of the most
beautiful along the California coast, with Surfing and contests,
swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and Sailig rentals at mission
bay.
Restaurants, and The cove, seal watching, exotic cliffs
and channel swimming to La jolla Shores within minutes.
Scenic walkingtrail right out the door. One block to La Jolla HIgh
schools Olympic size outdoor swimming pool and Playhouse
theatre. Scripps Aquarium in La Jolla, La Shores, Art
Museum and Theatre, Classes in The Creative Arts at the
Atheneum, Yoga, Tai Chi, and various Health Therapies,
World Class Spa treatments. San Diego Zoo, Wild outdoor Animal
Park, Botanical Gardens, Balboa Park and museum, Street Fairs,
Naval Tours, World Famous Coronado Hotel and the
ocean Bridge. Sea World within driving minutes and an in city

At the top of the street is Su Casa for Mexican, Wind n’ Sea café is great for coffee and a quick breakfast. On La Jolla Blvd. is Carinos for pizza. This place has been here forever and for good reason. In the village, there are many great high-end shops and restaurants on Prospect. Georges on the Cove has a wonderful patio where you can watch the sunset while enjoying a cocktail.

Bird Rock is a cute little town between La Jolla and Pacific Beach. Just head south on La Jolla Blvd. Beaumont’s has great food and a casual atmosphere. They have live music on Fridays. Pacific Beach is a great kick back town with fun shopping for teens. The boardwalk is a great place for a jog, walk, bike and even better for people watching. Make sure and keep your eye out for Slow Mo Man. Further south is Ocean Beach, which is funky little Bohemian beach town, filled with locals. The best burgers in town are here, Hoodads. A little inland is Old Town, which is inundated with Mexican Restaurants. Downtown has lots of great restaurants, but the best breakfast place is Richard Walkers.

We are located 2 miles from the heart of Pacific Beach and 1 mile from down town La Jolla and 2 miles from La Jolla shores. There are several restaurants that are all within walking distance. Very quiet and peaceful!
