Spacious, one level, completely furnished deluxe garden condominium in a gated adult community with beautiful pools, club house, exercise facility and only minutes from beaches and La Jolla village or Pacific Beach. The view is spectacular to the east and south encompassing Mission bay, San Diego bay, downtown San Diego and the Pacific Ocean and Mexico beyond.
This is our part time home and thus completely furnished with all necessary kitchen utensils, appliances, linens etc. Non smokers only. Cleaning lady available. Dish Network, local phone, high speed DSL are included. Gas, electric & water are renters responsibility.

The location is very convenient to the villages of La Jolla or Pacific Beach (5-10 minutes), downtown San Diego (15 minutes). Beaches are 5 minutes driving time, Del Mar Racetrack is 15-20 min. depending on traffic.
