This is ideal for a family who wants a quiet, peaceful place to relax at without traffic and noise and the hustle and bustle of the beach neighborhoods.
Relax on a patio overlooking a beautiful canyon, or go hang out at one of the community pools or play tennis. Two stories with multiple levels throughout. Master suite with den and large bathroom. Lots of modern upgrades throughout.
Home is very quiet and peaceful - you feel a world away - perfect for a vacation!
And, you really are just a five minute drive from all of the beaches and restaurants of La Jolla.
I prefer someone who is interested in this vacation home for all three months this summer.
Area Description
Detached condo in the community of Ventana which is on Mt Soledad, the hill above the village of La Jolla. Easy freeway access to the 52 and 5....a 15-20 minute drive to many attractions such as downtown, Sea World, Mission Beach, etc.
La Jolla is the nicest neighborhood in San Diego because it is quiet with beautiful trees, beautiful views from most roads, and very easy access to fine restaurants and boutiques, as well as several small beaches.
