This is a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage located in one of the best areas of La Jolla. It is a half of a block to world famous Windansea beach. It has a fireplace, cement floors, updated kitchen, private rear yard, pull out couch in the living room, 32" flat screen TV in the living/dining room, 20" flat screen in the bedroom. No partying. In a quiet residential community. Small pets will be considered with extra deposit.

 Ideal get-away for couples and/or small families, August 15, 2009

We just had a fantastic two-week stay in the cottage. It is perfectly located, equipped with everything, and despite its relatively small size, has an open and spacious feel. We were there with our 3 year-old son, and he loved the place; he had plenty of room to play and we each had our own private sleeping quarters. Can't recommend the place highly enough--it's really quite special and a true find in La Jolla.

Reasonably priced, perfect beach location, close to many tourist attractions. Very safe neighborhood. Our 13 y/o felt most comfortable! The place was the key to one of our best vacations yet.
