Description of the La Jolla vacation cottage rental

This is a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage located in one of the best areas of La Jolla. It is a half of a block to world famous Windansea beach. It has a fireplace, cement floors, updated kitchen, private rear yard, pull out couch in the living room, 32" flat screen TV in the living/dining room, 20" flat screen in the bedroom with a queen size bed. Luxury linens and towels. No partying. In a quiet residential community. Small pets will be considered with extra deposit.

Walk to everything; fine dining, shops, gorgeous beaches. Centrally located to visit all that beautiful San Diego has to offer.

My mother and I stay at the cottage over Labor Day weekend and we had a blast. The cottage had all the amenities we needed. We walked to the beach every morning and was so close! The bed was also very comfortable!

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. It is very cozy and charming. My 5 year old cried all the way to the airport because he didn't want to leave his favorite cottage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to any couple or small family.

The cottage was a great getaway for us, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach and our dogs loved it. The owners were great and responded so quickly to our last minute booking. It was cozy, quiet and very peaceful.

My wife and I and our 1 year old just spent a very relaxing week at this cottage. We were looking for a low key, spot to spend a week that was relatively close to home. We found it. The cottage was just what we were looking for: simple, affordable and a great location. It's close to everything and about a half block from the ocean -- excellent for a morning or afternoon walk. The owners were super responsive and they gave us several nice suggestions for restaurants and spas in the area. We will definitely come back.

We just had a fantastic two-week stay in the cottage. It is perfectly located, equipped with everything, and despite its relatively small size, has an open and spacious feel. We were there with our 3 year-old son, and he loved the place; he had plenty of room to play and we each had our own private sleeping quarters. Can't recommend the place highly enough--it's really quite special and a true find in La Jolla.

Reasonably priced, perfect beach location, close to many tourist attractions. Very safe neighborhood. Our 13 y/o felt most comfortable! The place was the key to one of our best vacations yet.
