AVAILABLE: JUNE 27- JULY 3, JULY 3-11, JULY 11-18 (sat. 3:00 p.m. to sat. 11:00 a.m.)
Furnished large 4 bedrooms beach cottage with a large private yard, ½ block to the Windansea beach.
It will easily accommodate two families. It’s on a very quiet neighborhood. A few steps to the beach walk or bike to La Jolla village and Pacific Beach.
The house is totally equipped with flat screen TV and home theater, Barbeque, Wireless internet, washer/dryer, microwave…. We provide linens, towels and kitchenware.
This is a private home which we make available as a vacation rental. We are looking for responsible people because we live in the house the rest of the year. We request that guests respect neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Rent is $3200/week, additional $200 for cleaning fees (deposit is $2000)
Area Description
Walk to everything; fine dining, shops, gorgeous beaches. Centrally located to visit all that beautiful San Diego has to offer.
Just wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your place, we had a great time! We were sure to take care of your place, watered your plants, and left your place in the same condition as when we arrived. Everything went well and if you two take off to France again be sure to shoot me an email I would be interested in staying there again sometime.
