Description of the La Jolla vacation home rental
Blissful Oceanfront liing! This is rare offering of tastefully upgraded and inviting home with amazing views plus impressive ocean frontage.
A private courtyard entry leads to an airy, welcoming first level comprised of a galleria leading to a large greatroom with plenty of volume.Walls of glass capture the view panorama. Also on the main floor is the spacious light filled kitchen with a large breakfast room/solarium, a large formal dining room and three bedrooms, including the master suite. There is one of two laundry rooms, and a three car garage.
The lower level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the family room and a second kitchen as well as a laundry room. In additiona, there is a beach rooom with a bathroom. Both levels have wrap around decks offering breathtaking views.
The lower deck features hydraulic stairs to the sandy beach. The square footage is beleived to be apprx. 5000 square feet.
