Description of the La Jolla vacation home rental
Upon entering the house through the hand-carved canary wood front door, you will be immediately transported into a Polynesian inspired retreat. Exotic wood trim accents the entire house while the bamboo ceiling fans circulate the cool ocean air. The master bedroom comes with a high end Tempurpedic memory foam California king bed and 48" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a large queen bed and has just been remodeled with exotic wood trims and a natural stone bathroom. Also included is a brand new 40 jet hot tub and high speed wireless internet access.

Lovely home. Very comfortable amenities. Two blocks from the ocean. Close to restaurants, twenty minute walk to La Jolla cove. Would highly recommend.

The location of this spot in premo. You can literally walk out the door, up a block and you are sitting along the beach watching the local surfers grab some fierce waves. And what majestic sunsets.........It is very laid back, away from the crowds of the touristy beaches. Great local flavor. It is close to everything, restaurants, groceries, and shopping; but you don't feel crowded by it all. The owner is very accommodating and on property. We would definitely go back. My parents from Germany and my husband and I stayed at this cozy home for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The awesome vegetation around the house gives you extra joy including the hammock nestled in them. The house itself is spacious and has all the accommodations you need, just as if you were at home. The remodeled bathroom is a jewel in itself and let's not forget the brand-new hot tub that we enjoyed thoroughly. To top it off, the beach is really only a two-minute walk away, so you can easily take an early morning walk or enjoy the sunset after dinner. Hopefully we will be able to stay there again!
