Enjoy your very own WATER PARK OASIS just steps outside your back yard. Two rock scape water slides, waterfalls galore, large deck with amazing views of the Ocean, Bay, City of San Diego and all the way to Mexico. The back yard seats 16+, the deck5+ and front yard 6+. This home has all of the fine details to make your stay in San Diego unforgettable. Relaxing with a drink watching the sunset will remind you why you made San Diego your vacation destination. Enjoying pool, waterfalls, water slides and non-stop views with your family and friends from your front yard, home or deck will make you not want to leave. This house is perfect for a couples, friends vacationing, large families or multiple families. It provides something for everyone whether you want to kick back and relax or go and do everything San Diego has to offer.
Bedrooms: Enjoy spectacular panoramic views from the large master bedroom that takes up the entire the second story & includes a full bath + extra vanity sink area. You will never want to leave the comfort of your bed. At night enjoy Sea World's fireworks & in the morning wake up to Ocean and Bay views. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. For those who need to keep in touch while on vacation there is an office with Wi-Fi, a fax, copier & other office accessories. Room #3 has a large window looking out to the pool and waterfalls. It contains two twin beds and has plenty of room for play. This room has a closet that contain games and for children & adults. It is perfect for those traveling with kids or anyone who wants to relive their childhood. We find out the ages of our guests and preferences & put out the games that suit them. We provide a queen size airbed and bedding for additional sleeping arrangements in room #3

Home details: Bedroom #4 has queen size bed & large window looking out to fruit tree. Feel free to pick fresh fruit from the fruit trees in our side yard. During summer the oranges, limes and bananas are in season. Each bedroom has a TV available and the family room has a 50'' flat screen. We include all of the comforts of home, hair dryer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, spices, etc. We give our guest a questionnaire so if there is something special you need we try to accommodate. Great home for couples, large families or multiple families vacationing together.

Area Information

Centrally located and accessible, yet is nestled in a very exclusive, quiet, and private neighborhood. All major attractions including airport are within 15 minutes away. Watch the Sea World fireworks every night during the Summer. New Years Eve and 4th of July are absolutely incredible with multiple firework displays going off all over the city. Excellent Staycation!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful & fun house. We live in San Diego but felt miles away and truly enjoyed our staycation :-). Also, thank you so much for being flexable with our schedule. We truly appreciate it. Your La Jolla escape was exactly what we needed after going through a 9 month deployment! Also we have decided when we buy our next house your husband HAS to design our pool!! Thank you, thank you!

I recently stayed in this lovely house with my parents, husband and 4 year old son. I'm not sure which if the 'boys' enjoyed the waterslides in the pool most! The house was ideally placed for seaworld, gaslamp, the zoo and La Jolla beaches, but we were always keen to come back to enjoy the pool. The view of the 4th July fireworks made our trip, but the 'normal' nightly ones from seaworld were pretty amazing too. The viewing terrace at the top of the waterslides is perfect. Many thanks to April & Michael for their excellent recommendations for restuarants & golf courses, and for attending to the loss of tv so quickly (my husband had pulled the cable out!!). The interior of the house was very well finished and stocked with everyday essentials such as laundry/dishwasher tabs/herbs etc. We had a wonderful time and would like to thank you very much for sharing your lovely house with us! Amazing Holiday Home.

Great Holiday, I have just returned back to the UK after spending a week at this San Diego Holiday home and i must say it was wonderful. The Location was lovely (Hire car or own transport needed) The Accommodation was superb... There was 10 of us staying at the house and we had plenty of room inside and outside of the holiday home. We used the swimming pool every day without fail, the water slides were excellent and the pool was always at a good temperature and beautiful. The viewing point at the top of the pool structure is breath taking. We all gathered to watch the fire works from Sea World most evenings. We made good use of the BBQ and relaxed around the poolside. The info pack when we arrived was very helpful and we tried to see everything the Solis family advised us to do. San Diego is beautiful and i would love to visit again. I would certainly use this home again as this home provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This Holiday home really did tick all the boxes and April and Michael were very quick to respond to any questions/queries we had. We had the pleasure in meeting both of them and the kids during our stay and what a lovely family they are. Helpful, Honest and Accommodating. Great Holiday home, We were all very sad when we left for the airport. Many Thanks to the Solis family on making our visit to San Diego a successful one and we would all recommend staying here. The property was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. My four grandkids, ranging in age from 3-7, had a great time. There were alot of toys for them to play with, both in the house and outside in the pool. The grandkids were a little small for the water slides but my two adult sons loved it. The pool is heated and a few of the days were overcast and the pool was great. The location was close to all the restaurants, beach, grocery stores, etc. The kitchen could of used more glasses, plates and smaller pans but it was stocked with all the other cooking items. I would definitely recommend this house for families. If I would ever return to San Diego, I will definitely rent this house again.
