Completely redone, upscale adorable and immaculate 2 bedroom + 2 bath downstairs condo on the golf course at PGA West, La Quinta. No smokers.
Master has king size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms contain dressers; TV in Master bedroom, TV in the living room, dining room seats 6, complete kitchen. Patio has new gas bbq, delicious grapefruit trees and a gorgeous view of the golf course and
distant mountains ( without fear of being hit by stray golf balls!)
Eastern Views of sun and moon rises are breathtaking. Building is quiet and peaceful.
Area Description
Community pool is conveniently located across the street. PGA West golf courses are at the end of Pga Blvd. Silver Rock Resort Golf Course is a few miles away. Downtown La Quinta has excellent shopping and restaurants.Restaurants in nearby Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage are plentiful and a short drive away.Roads are excellent for bicycle riding!
Starbucks is a quick car ride away! Several Casinos (Fantasy Springs, Spotlight 29 and Augustine), the Polo Grounds, and Tennis Garden are all also close by. A perfect location for the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, and Stagecoach Festival!
