As you enter your La Quinta retreat you will be awestruck by the panoramic views of the golf course, lake and Santa Rosa Mountains from nearly every room. This single story home is located on the seventh fairway of the Arnold Palmer private course. Fully furnished in completely updated casual Tommy Bahama style - down to the palm tree glasses. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio with views of the sun shining on the mountain and your early evening beverages as the sun sets over the mountain.

Complete amenities including your own private in ground spa and waterfall await you in the courtyard along with outdoor speakers. Both bedrooms furnished with pillow top king beds and a separate den/bedroom with a queen sofa/sleeper is ideal for an additional guest. Furnishings include large screen TV in the living room complete with DVR and surround sound. Three additional TV's with VCR/DVD's in the other bedrooms/den.

WI-FI INTERNET PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE & PATIOS.

Two car garage complete with golf cart to get you to the 3 swimming pools on our street and many more within PGA West.

11/19/2008 We stayed here for 2 weeks,wasn't long enough.I hesitate to comment here because this unit is a gem and we would like to keep it secret.The view is wonderful,day or night and the decor inside is beautiful but comfortable.Everything you could possibly want or need is there to make you stay relaxing.Loved the spa in the private courtyard and used the golf cart to explore manicured PGA West.The best part though is the owner,so friendly and helpful ,she makes the reservation process easy and stress free

1/1/08 Great place!! Lots of attention to detail. The owners have done everything they can think of to make this a warm, comfortable and lovely place to stay. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the view of the mountains and golf course is spectacular! Providing a golf cart (great cart!) for use by renters is really going above and beyond the norm. We would highly recommend this condo for anything from a few day stay to several months.

3/10/08 We just returned from spending two months in this great, well-maintained condo. Maid service every two weeks really spoiled us. The views of the golf course, lake and mountains are superb. We hope to be back!
