Santa Rosa Cove is a lovely gated community nestled in the Sanata Rosa Cove mountain range. Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps six. It is a one level, 1400 sq foot home located in La Quinta CA. It has two master suites, with ensuites, kitchen (fully equiped), laundry room, and a natural gas outdoor BBQ with patio furniture. The bedrooms have a king bed in one suite and a queen bed in the other suite with a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate two more individuals for six to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Santa Rosa Cove has two championship golf courses, several pools within walking distance, tennis courts, spa, exercise room and is immediately adjacent to the Waldorf Astoria's historic La Quinta Inn which includes several restaurants and trendy shopping.

The local area has many well known stores within a 5 minute drive. Trader Joes, Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Henry's groceries, etc are just a few. A multi store outlet mall in Cabezon is just 45 minutes away just off Hwy 10 with easy on/off access. Movie theatres, water slides, desert wildlife parks are all close by.

• Deposits: $500 refundable security deposit plus $100 housekeeping fee to be paid 45 days in advance of arrival. For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
   
• Other Fees: An extra person charge of $25/night in Summer season and $35/night in Winter season. Full rent needs to be paid 45 days in advance of arrival. NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their security deposit. Garbage pick-up is on Monday morning. Please place garbage can by the curb on Sunday evenings. Absolutely No Smoking! The garage can be used for parking with a two car limit. There is a $100 fee for a lost garage door opener.
