Description of the La Quinta vacation condo rental
Located in beautiful La Quinta, minutes from Palm Springs, this graciously furnished condo villa is a golfer's vacation rental delight enjoying a lush PGA West Arnold Palmer Course setting and dramatic mountain vistas.
Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is drenched in sunlight and has a cathedral ceiling and bright open floor plan, a wet-bar, an entertainment armoire with cable TV and DVD-player, plus CD-player/stereo, and a mirrored wall inset with fireplace.
The master bedroom has beautiful contemporary furnishings, including a king-side bed with orthopedic mattress, a sitting chair, cable TV, and a refreshing color scheme. The second bedroom also has a gorgeous contemporary theme with king-size bed and orthopedic mattress. Both have en-suite bathrooms.
Our gleaming kitchen was totally renovated in summer 2005 with all-new stainless steel appliances, halogen lighting, etc.
The garden patio, with a bench seat and bougainvillea, is a delightful spot for breakfast. And the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors that open to the rear patio -- good for cocktails from the wet-bar -- offering pristine views of the world-famous Arnold Palmer course, home to the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and one of seven courses gracing the spectacular 2,200-acre PGA West resort communit. It has all the amenities for your perfect golf or leisure vacation.
An inviting pool and spa a stone's throw away proves perfect for savoring the sunsets on the Santa Rosa mountains. And the peaceful PGA West community has magnificently manicured grounds, with beautiful soaring palms, sparkling lakes, and a superb location with all the attractions of the Palm Springs desert resorts close at hand... from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Joshua Tree National Monument, and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park to El Paseo boulevard (your mecca for shopping), fine restaurants, casinos, theaters, and dozens of spectacular golf courses.

- Lodging Tax: 10% municipal lodging tax
- Deposits: A refundable deposit is required on acceptance of rental agreement, as follows: one-week rental $300; two-week
rental $500; three-week & monthly rental $1,000. Full payment is due 14 days prior to start date (no refunds within 14 days of start date). Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of signed rental agreement and deposit.
A departure cleaning fee of $75 is payable with balance due.
