Area Information

Located in La Quinta California, is a community of 1422 homes, which are situated primarily on the Palmer and Stadium golf courses at PGA WEST. The Association is comprised of approximately 300 acres, which is enhanced by fifty-four swimming pools and spas as well as five lakes. The majority of homes in our Association enjoy world class golf course views, while others have spectacular lake and mountain scenes just beyond their doorsteps.

Pleased not only with the great location but also by the personal attention by the owner. It has all the amenities... big screen TV, ergonomic updated kitchen, and even beautiful flora. Attention to detail in all the decor. "feels like a home" Highly recommend. Right on the tee of the par five across from the famous Alcatraz island par three.

WAS TOLD THE HOUSE FELT LIKE THEY WERE HOME,VERY CLEAN ,QUIET AND NO GOLF BALLS, AS IT IS AT THE END.OF THE STREET.

VERY QUIET, CAN COOK AND SEE THE GOLFER AT THE SAME TIME.

LOTS OF THING TO DO,WALK OR RIDE THE BIKE TO THE STORE AND COFFEE SHOP.EAT ON PATIO IN THE MORNING AND WATCH THE SUN RISE.
