1BR/1BA downstairs unit, sleeps four. 42" SMART flat screen in front room---40" in bedroom both with Blu Ray players and access to Netflix/VUDU. Tommy Bahama furniture/Cal King bed. Full sized kitchen. Several pools and jacuzzi's within close proximity. Across from Old Town, shops, boutiques, restaurants, live music/dancing, golf, gym etc.. Fantastic location/quiet setting in the Village of La Quinta. Ideal for romantic getaways, Snow birds, Dinah Shore weekend, WTA Tennis tournaments, Bob Hope Golf Classic, Equestrian Show in Thermal ,La Quinta Arts Festival, Coachella Festival and Stagecoach. Minutes to LQ Resort/Spa, El Paseo/Palm Desert, Living Desert.

Available nightly, weekly or monthly. Two night minimum. Please NO Smokers/Pets, Barbeques are not permitted on property at this time. Safes are not available at this time. Beautiful condo in La Quinta

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo! The location was convenient to a lot of amenities, including Old Town La Quinta with its wonderful shops and restaurants. The condo was beautful, with two flat screen TVs, Netflix, walk-in closet, laundry, full kitchen with cookware...everything we needed was there! It was almost as though we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, and it was great to have a morning swim or evening hot tub to round out a perfect day! The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean and in good condition. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating with anything we needed. We will definitely want to return here on another trip! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful vacation! Everything was perfect. The location is great. You are literally right across from Old Town La Quinta where there are wonderful restaurants and stores. Everything is within walking distance. The condo was extremely nice, granite countertops with a full kitchen, large living room area with nice decor, and comfy bedroom with flatscreen, blue ray and highspeed internet! There are 4 pools and hot tubs to choose from, along with golf courses close by. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo in Old Town La Quinta

This condo is PERFECT and the Owner was GREAT to work with!! We cooked in one night and everything we needed was there.. Also it was nice to walk to dinner in Old Town since the night sky is so bright and beautiful.. The bed was very comfy, MAJOR plus!! It is a great place for a weekend get-a-way or for a longer vacation.. Everything you need is so close and it is a BEAUTIFUL CONDO and complex.. We just felt relaxed as soon as we walked into the door.. We will be going back again this year!!!
