Relax in this beautiful desert condo retreat that has been NEWLY FURNISHED and DECORATED in an elegant tropical style. Enjoy views of the golf course, lake and mountains from the dining and living areas. Our kitchen features tile counters and new appliances (the refrigerator has a dispenser for filtered cold water and ice). Enjoy outdoor dining on the patio where you can watch the desert sunsets melt behind hypnotic mountain views.

The livingroom features a 27" flat screen TV and DVD player. The elegantly appointed master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, flat screen color television with DVD player, large closets and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen color television with DVD player and is across the hall from the second bath.

This floorplan is entirely located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb.

Just steps away, relax at the beautifully landscaped pool (one of six in the complex) and spa. On site are also lighted tennis courts, a gym, a pro-shop, discounted golf (approx. $125 unlimited golf per person for the first month).

Nearby in La Quinta or in the other Palm Springs Valley cities are a seemingly endless selection of great restaurants (including those at the River in Rancho Mirage), world class shopping at El Paseo in Palm Desert (the Rodeo Drive of the desert), outlet shopping (just 30 minutes away at Cabazon), art galleries, Old Town La Quinta, the Living Desert (wildlife preserve), the Palm Springs Air Museum, premier entertainment venues featured at the Las Vegas-style casinos and the McCallum Theater for the performing arts.
