• Lodging Tax: Rental of less than 28 nights are subject to a transient occupancy tax of 10% tax.
   
• Deposits: A security deposit is required on all reservations and is payable as part of the total balance. This deposit protects the owner from any material damage done to the rental property. Please report to our office any damages upon check in. Once you've checked out our inspectors will ensure that the property has been left in proper order, clean and damage free. Any damages discovered shall be deducted from security deposit. Guest is responsible and shall propmptly pay for all damages in excess.
   
• Other Fees: **Ask for special rates if planning on staying for more than one consequitive month. There is a $20 service charge for any check that is returned unpaid from the bank.
