I had a wonderful experience renting this gorgeous house on the green in Rancho La Quinta. It was a last minute trip for the holiday weekend and the owner was so nice and accommodating, it made our vacation that much better. The house was everything we could ever want in a vacation home, gorgeous pool and spa, stunning view and the neighborhood felt extremely safe! I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at this property for a nice, relaxing getaway!!

Talk about upscale, beautiful and oh so comfortable! All 3 bedrooms are completely private and have their own bath. Gorgeous pool & spa. Spectular view. Thanks for opening your home to us. Loved it!!!

The place was beautiful! Great location on the 17th golf green with a pond just beyond. The pool was wonderful - especially for kids with two areas of 8" deep water for them to play in. The master suite is large and although cramped with furniture, it is tastefully decorated. The second bedroom is a double bed (or a VERY small queen, if that's possible). The casita has a queen bed in the front room, and the room attached to the bathroom has a queen-sized hide-a-bed. The hide-a-bed was fine for our 25lb 2-year-old daughter, but anyone weighing over 25lbs will NOT want to rest on this bed for longer than two minutes. It's terribly uncomfortable. When we arrived we needed to purchase a barbecue as the one that came with the place was horrible and we were told that the owners were not allowed to leave it on the patio as it was below Rancho La Quinta's standard - very obviously! The patio furniture was also in terrible condition and with a place this large you would expect to have more outdoor seating than was provided. We also purchased a patio table and chairs after the owners told us to go ahead as theirs was not in good condition. We were under the impression that the owners would reimburse us. When it was time to leave at the end of the month, we tried to get in touch with the owners to settle up the costs we had for the table, chairs and barbecue. They did not respond to our calls or emails. Finally when they did they told us to return them and that they wouldn't cover the costs. We came to a mutual decision that we could have the place for one week longer and they would keep the barbecue. After we returned home we received an email asking us for payment for the extra week we stayed! Overall, we had a nice month away at a beautiful place, but the hassles with these owners will be avoided in the future when we choose to stay elsewhere.

Simply put, this property is wonderful for those who enjoy quiet luxury. From the stunning views and lovely outdoor patio to the well appointed interior, this is the place to spend some much needed downtime and yet still be centrally located to all that Palm Desert has to offer. I look forward to becoming a repeat client.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!! 6 girls on a week gettaway. WOW, beautiful house, stunning views... I stayed in the master bedroom in the main house which overlooked the pool and 16th fairway. I've never smiled so much in the morning. Not to mention how comfortable the bed was and how huge the master bath was too. Beautiful high ceilings with windows from top to bottom overlooking the golf course with mountain views in the background. Comes complete with a two room guest house. Easy access to all amenities. Everything you want in a vacation and more.... If I could have, I'd rate this a 10+ We are already planning our trip back... A must to stay at.

This was my first time in Palm Desert and what a way to make a first impression! House was immaculate, grounds were stunning and being close to amenities was very convenient. Highly recommend this space for anyone looking for relaxation, functionality and beauty.

We were extremely disappointed in the accomodation. Although we found the location and view to be good we found the house to be poorly equipped with no alarm clocks, answering machine, ironing board, bbq etc.. Also there was only one telephone. The outdoor furniture was spartan and dirty. The owner has held back our $2000 damage deposit and did not contact us. We inquired about it 7 weeks after our stay and she informed us that she was keeping it. We disputed this and informed her that we paid extra to hire her housecleaners to clean the house the day we left. The owner refuses to return our emails and so far still has our $2000 damage deposit.
This is the most beautiful place on earth! I had a wonderful time and it was the perfect get away! What great interiors, I felt right at home. We did not want to go. We will be back soon!
