This newly and professionaly decorated 1700+ square foot, upstairs condominium is located on the seventh hole of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course in the prestigious guard gated private country club community of PGA West. Mountain and Lake views are spectacular. Mountains are lighted at night for majestic ambiance that can be enjoyed from the balcony or the semi-private pool/spa area conveniently located right next door to this villa. This community is a golfer's dream! Three championship golf courses are available for public play, two clubhouses and restaurants.

This villa has just been updated with the most luxurious and up-to-date appliances, linens, furnishings, and more. The entire villa has plush new carpet, and fine hard wood flooring. There is a golf cart waiting for you in the garage as well.

The excellent floor plan accommodates privacy for couples traveling together or an ideal family vacation. Beds are set up as two king bed suites and a third bedroom that has two twins. Baby crib and accessories plus children's bed rails and toys are also available upon request. We set up the unit to accommodate your traveling needs. Washer and dryer included. Maid service and/or grocery shopping can be scheduled for additional fee. We pride ourself in making your vacation carefree.
