Description of the La Quinta vacation villa rental

Three Bedroom/ Three Bathroom Villa and Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom Villa at the prestigious Legacy Villas at La Quinta. Three Bedroom sleeps 8 with sleeper sofa in living room; Two Bedroom sleeps 6 with sleeper sofa.

In Season Rates are typically $300 night/ $1800 week/ $6300 month for three bedroom and $200 night/ $1200 week/ $4200/month for two bedrooms. City tax of 10% on daily/weekly rentals and cleaning and booking fee apply. For monthly rentals, special situations or off season rates (starting in May), call weekdays or e-mail us.

Built in 2005 as part of the world famous La Quinta Resorts, the luxurious three bedroom 1700 SF villa has a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and paver tiles and a full complement of cooking utensils and cutlery. The one story flat has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, stacked laundry and parking for two. The villa has balconies off of the living room area and bedrooms and has fireplaces in the living room and some bedrooms. Televisions/DVDs are typically found in the living area and each bedroom. The two bedroom is very similar to the three bedroom with just one less bedroom and space of 1300 SF.

Legacy Villas at La Quinta adjoins the five star Hilton La Quinta Resorts and Club (one block away). Legacy Villas is a guard gated community which contains over ten pools including a family pool, adult pool, Jacuzzi and zero entry pool with children’s play area. The 11,000 SF clubhouse provides a large lounge and reading area, meeting rooms, internet access and a state-of-the art fitness center. The grounds contain over twenty fountains and offer outdoor fireplaces, hammocks, grills and numerous seating areas. The serene and relaxing yet fun atmosphere of the property is enhanced by the view of the nearby Santa Rosa mountains.

The hotel itself offers four restaurants, a deluxe spa, numerous shops, room service and two world class golf courses. Within a few minutes of the property, you can also find many more low and high end restaurants, grocery stores (including Trader Joe’s), tennis, world class golf, shops, casinos and all the many features for which visitors come to the desert.

I love the feeling of comfort and crisp freshness, and this villa truly offered that. With beautiful furniture, clean and fresh air and space, I was able to enjoy this stay with my friends while keeping a positive energy throughout the entire day and night.

Beautiful private villa in a tucked away spot! Room for everyone and thoughtful ammenities such as four flat screen T.V.s, a full kitchen, an outdoor gas grill and a huge master bathtub! Access to multiple pools and a state-of-the-art work-out center. Lastly convenient complimentary transportation to the La Quinta resort that's next door.

We had a great time staying at Legacy Villas. The manager for the property owner had a few different units and could give us the size unit we wanted. The grounds were beautiful, the pools numerous, the villa sufficiently luxurious, the kitchen very workable for large groups and the management friendly and helpful. La Quinta is a great location in the desert. I definitely would come back.
