Built in 2005 as part of the world famous La Quinta Resorts, the luxurious three bedroom 1700 SF villa has a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and paver tiles and a full complement of cooking utensils and cutlery. The one story flat has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, stacked laundry and parking for two. The villa has balconies off of the living room area and bedrooms and has fireplaces in the living room and some bedrooms. Televisions/DVDs are typically found in the living area and each bedroom. The two bedroom is very similar to the three bedroom with just one less bedroom and space of 1300 SF.

Legacy Villas at La Quinta adjoins the five star Hilton La Quinta Resorts and Club (one block away). Legacy Villas is a guard gated community which contains over ten pools including a family pool, adult pool, Jacuzzi and zero entry pool with children’s play area. The 11,000 SF clubhouse provides a large lounge and reading area, meeting rooms, internet access and a state-of-the art fitness center. The grounds contain over twenty fountains and offer outdoor fireplaces, hammocks, grills and numerous seating areas.
