From your large covered terrace you enjoy expansive views over the fairway 7 of the Country Club Golf Course designed also by Pete Dye.Your villa is surrounded by two greenzones which accentuate the tranquillity of your stay.
The 12m long swimming pool is 5m wide.The jacuzzi next to the pool is spacious and enjoys also views over the Golf Course.Your private garden is equipped with a playground for the children with trampoline,tobogan,babyfoot and table tennis.

The villa has been recently constructed in an elegant Mediterranean architecture and has a refined decoration with a French touch.The villa provides 6000 square feet of spacious living area with 5 bedrooms, 5,5 baths and a seperate housekeeper's quarter.Your property provides your guests a spacious open floor plan with a charming patio in the heart of your property with fountains and green plants.This patio divides in a natural way the living area from the sleeping area.
The Mastersuite has a King size bed with a spacious en suite bathroom, outdoor jacuzzi,walk in dressing and an intimate private terrace.The second bed room has also a King size bed with en suite showerroom and comes out directly on the terrace and garden.The 3 other guest rooms have each one 2 Queen size beds and en suite shower rooms.All bedrooms are equipped wit air conditioning, CableTV with flat screens and big ceiling fans.
The expansive fully equipped kitchen allows our staff to prepare you delicious Dominican specialities.

Fabulous vacation home

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and had the most amazing time. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children who travel frequently and this house and the experience was still able to amaze us. the house was perfect and surpassed our expectations, it is beautiful, clean, and spacious with the most gracious and helpful staff. Daily we would wake up to gourmet breakfasts and enjoy great lunches while we lounged pool side. The property and pool are kept in immaculate shape, and the hotel and beach are just a short golf cart ride away. We will be returning to this villa for future vacations and would recommend it to anyone and everyone, singles or families.
