In the heart of Iceberg Alley, an updated traditional two-story house with Deck overlooking the harbour of a working fishing village. Charming, comfortable, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped eat in kitchen, walking distance from hiking trails, museum/tea room, churches, library and secluded coves on rugged coastline.

On the ground level there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and a cozy living room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, and iron . The living room features sitting area with cable TV, high speed internet, stereo, DVD player. (DVD rentals across the street), cards and board games, CD’s and video games.

The property is situated in on the east side of the harbour that forms the centre of the town. The large west facing deck is furnished with a BBQ, table and chairs for eating outside and offers views of the town, surrounding hills and sea cliffs at the entrance to the harbour. The deck is an excellent place for fall storm-watching with the comfort of home close at hand.
