The property is situated on the east side of the harbour that forms the centre of the town. The large west facing deck is furnished with a BBQ, table and chairs for eating outside and offers views of the town, surrounding hills and sea cliffs at the entrance to the harbour. The deck is an excellent place for fall storm-watching with the comfort of home close at hand.

An absolutely charming place. The small town itself is a quiet, somewhat secluded place and you will find some of the nicest people there. We wanted somewhere to spend the last 8 days of our holidays after touring the rest of the beautiful province. The house offered picturesque views from the early morning, to the fantastic sunsets and well into the night with the lights from across the harbour reflecting on the water. Extremely relaxing! The house is so thoughtfully equipped that you feel completely at home. Our hat goes off to the owner. Thank you! We had a great time.

This house was perfect for our family of two adults, a preschooler, and a teenager. It was very comfortable and livable and everything we needed was provided. La Scie is a very small town and a bit isolated, but we were able to do a lot of hiking and I was able to take lots of pictures, which was important to me as a photographer. The people in the town could not have been nicer to all of us. everyone was very friendly and went out their way to make us feel welcome. The only downside of the whole experience was that we were too early for the icebergs and the whales, but that was certainly not the homeowner's fault! A very relaxing, stress-free experience!
