Everything was great about this house and experience in general . From professional and effortless renting , instant communication from renter and absolutely charming beautiful 3 bedroom house with tv in every room, spacious bedrooms , clean bathrooms. Skiing, lake, horse and ponied stable is within 5 minutes drive . We went with our two boys ages 4 and 5 and they absolutely loved it .

I've stayed at the house a few times and it gets better each time. The community has so much to offer and we never have enough time to do everything. Superb vacation

Our family stayed over during a week in July and it was simply delightful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of that the home has to offer. A roaring fireplace everynight completed a wonderful day of activities. There was so much to do between the horseback riding and the private lake, my children had such an incredible time. The best part was that everything was within walking distance. Deer were plentiful, and grazed the yard in the early morning and evening and my children were able to feed them dirctly from the deck. The resturant had amazing food and the people were extremly friendly. Such a pleasant time and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had during the process. We loved Masthope communiny and hope to return this winter to enjoy the ski moutnain that is right up the road.

The house had everything we needed, and has a/c in all rooms which was much needed in July! The Masthope community is great for kids. The pools, beach/lake, restaurant and club house were perfect for our family. We would definitely come back again!

We rented out this house with my family. Stayed 4 days. The communication with the owner was great and very easy. This house has everything you need, Washing/dryer machine, grill, big deck, kitchen appliances and tools, big fridge. Even has basket ball and variety of games. Everything was very well organized and clean. There is a lake within reach with a picnic area and a small shop in case you forgot something. Would like to rent out again.

Fabulous Birthday Weekend

My husband and I found this property to host a birthday weekend for our daughter and 11 of her friends. We arrived early to check out the house and surroundings. We had never been to Lackawaxen, PA , before. It was a perfect weekend and the people in the community were nice. The property is much more picturesque than the website shows. Everyone had a great time. If you come once, you'll most likely come back again. This was also our first time renting a house as a vacation rental. It was a great idea. The owners answered all of my questions every time I called or emailed. It was a fabulous birthday weekend!

My wife, two children and I had a great time in this house! The location in proximity to the beach, pool, basketball, lodge, restaurant, etc... was great. We saw at least 60+ deer and a mother bear and two cubs came within 10 feet of our car to pose for pictures! We plan on coming again! Reese

We had a large party with us and we we had ore then enough room. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Owners were always available and my kids loved to Ski Big Bear mountain. They were able to walk to the mountain. I loved that the deer came right up to the house so we could feed them.

My family and I had A great time during our stay. The house is beutifully decorated and very clean. We loved the fact that the ski mountian is so close and in the community,we would ski, come back to the house for lunch and rest, then ski again. We also enjoyed the fireplace. I felt very comfortable in this house, which was surprising to me since I usually do not feel comfortable in houses other than my own. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, it was very comfortable and cozy, the house had everything we need, everyone enjoyed at big Plazma TV and fireplace, plenty of room to eat, relax and sleep. My son just loved his room on the first floor, he would love to go back next year. The house is in great location 1-2 minutes from pool, lake, deli market. We played ping pong, pool, basketball. We went to Water Park this is about 35 -40 minutes from Masthope community, my son enjoyed there go karts, water slides it was really fun for all my family members. We really had a great time! We recently rented this house and all I can say is that it was beautiful! The home had 5 queen beds, was very clean and modern. We watched deer walk around the house from the kitchen and porches. The homeowner was very nice and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely rent this home again.
