Our home is located in the pristine Northern Pocono’s 4-season community; Masthope Mountain Community in Lackawaxen, PA, boarding the NY Catskills. Masthope has many outstanding amenities included with your rental, including the Olympic sized Heated Pool. Beautiful Westcolang Lake available for swimming and fishing. Our very own Equestrian Center. We are also located 6 Miles from the world famous spa: The Lodge at Woodloch.

Fees:
An administrative fee is required upon arrival at the Masthope Administrative office for 8 rental passes (with $25 refundable deposit)
- up to 3 nights - $50.00
- 4 to 7 nights - $75.00
- 8 nights to 30 days - $100.00.
Additional passes are $5 p/p daily (or) $ 25 p/p weekly.

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $75.
