Description of the Laconia vacation condo rental
Unit is located north of Weirs Beach. Very easy to get to from Rt 93 in Ashland, NH. Comfortable unit with great amenities. Must be highly responsible renters as I'm responsible for condition of unit. Have stayed at this same resort, Cold Spring Resort for 4 years & it's very nice. Located on road off Rt 3 which is main road into Laconia/Weirs Beach.
