Description of the Laconia vacation home rental

Booking now for the Summer!

Located in Laconia at Lake Winnipesaukee only minutes from all the main attractions at Weirs Beach. Relax with family and friends in our Spacious 4 bedroom home which was custom built in 2005. It features 30 foot cathedral ceilings, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, wood floors, wood burning stone fireplace and has a large open plan great for Entertaining. The house is nestled in a quiet area which is perfect for young children to play and for everyone to Relax and toast marshmallows by the fire pit. Bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy the day at our Beach or take a 2 min ride to Weirs Beach or less than 10 min ride to Ellacoya state beach

First floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen with great room and washer/dryer. 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 bunk bed, 1 full bed and third bedroom has 1 queen bed. Living rm has oversized leather sectional with TV, DVD/VHS and wood burning stove. Upstairs spacious loft has 2 queen beds, 1 single bed and 1 full bath. Great hangout place for the kids.

Great location and great house. Plenty of room 12 adults. My only complaint would be the spiral staircase leading up to the loft. It's a little flimsy and a bit scary if you weigh a little more than the average adult. Great for kids or small adults. Other than that I would highly recommend this property for rental.

We had a wonderful time--the house is laid out perfectly to be cozy and spacious at the same time--plenty of places to be together or away from each other. The garden/grounds are even better then in the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance/gadget we could think of, and we enjoyed cooking and spending time together in the open kitchen. Kids loved it, lots to explore and perfect swimming/boating off dock. HIGHLY recommend!!

PERFECT BIKE WEEK GETAWAY AND MORE!

After staying at an Inn for the past 18 years, myself and 6 other bikers decided to rent a house near the Weirs for bike week. The main problem is finding a house with enough beds and an extra bathroom. The pictures seemed too good to be true but the house was everything and more!! New construction, plenty of beds (with linens), fireplace and more importantly less than a mile or two from the Weirs. Tucked away, no problem neighbors and plenty of room. The house was great, if you have kids you can walk to the water. To top it off the price was unbeatable compared to house rentals and hotels in the area! Sounds like I know the owner but I don't! Great house, great price, great location!!!!!

Outstanding rental

My family and I rented this home for a long ski weekend. Great location. Very convenient and the house is very roomy and clean. We decided to go back in April. We enjoyed the sights, hiking, biking and walks. Looking forward to a summer getaway. Lots to do and the house is great. Owners very easy to deal with. No problem with deposits.
