This comfortable home is less than 1/10 of a mile from private Pendleton Beach, less than 1 mile from Weirs Beach and 8 miles from Gunstock Mountain. This 3 bedroom home has 1 queen and 2 full size beds and futon bunkbed which sleeps 8 adults comfortably. It is a great home for family vacations or quiet weekends away. A small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 of the bedrooms on the lower level is great for in-laws or a second couple to have their own space. Enjoy private Pendleton Beach a family friendly beach with picnic tables with umbrellas, locked storage shed for water toys and chairs, restrooms, tennis court and daydock. The amenities for this home include a fully equipped kitchen, large backyard, gas grill, large fully windowed 3 season room that includes a large table and much more! Come and enjoy!

In the heart of the New Hampshire Lakes Region minutes from Weirs Beach, New Hampshire International Speedway, Meadowbrook and Gunstock Mountain. Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee from a private beach with a day dock, or from Weirs Beach. You can also tour the lake from the famous Mount Washington Boat or via the Hobo Train. The 'area' offers something for everyone - a waterpark, Funspot Arcade, outlet shopping, golfing, jet skiing, boating, motorcycle rentals, skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and much more! There are many different activities to enjoy during the 4 seasons here at the lake. Come and enjoy!
