Not all rentals are equal. This home has the location and is immaculate, fresh, bright and clean. Come home to a cozy place to stay after a full day of nearby activities. Eco-friendly, super comfortable organic bedding, 2 flat screen TVs, free Netflix streaming movies,wireless high speed Internet, immaculate bright fresh interior. The Villa was the model home so it has many postive extra features. Enjoy the spacious kitchen, a view and privacy from the nature preserve.

Villa is private, the back yards is the reserve. With this location you will only go 5 minutes to everything, two town centers, SUMTER LANDING, Spanish Springs, Pools, shopping, many executive golf courses, your resident passes give you free access into all the activities.Too many to list.

Area Information

You are near Disney, Tampa, Cruises, Butterfly Museum, trips, tours, kayaking, golf scuba diving, snorkeling, historic sight seeing, casinos, nearby beaches, sightseeing; too many good things to mention.
If you can dream it, it is available in the Villages or nearby.
Disney, Tampa, Mosi.

The property is in the most central location of the famous Villages retirement community and central to all Florida attractions. The Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic Ocean, University of Florida, University of Central Florida, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Disney area attractions are right at an hour away. Silver Springs, Wild Waters, Alexander and Juniper Springs are all very close to the home. Beautiful Lake Weir is right around the corner with Carney Island Park for all your recreation fun including boating, hiking trails, fishing, playground for the kids, covered pavilions. Gator Joes is a great little spot on Lake Weir to watch a beautiful sunset while eating fresh gator tail. This is central to all horse riding trails like the Greenway and Ocala HITS. This is a great place to vacation.

A little charmer!

The villa was adorable, immaculate and fully equipped. Location was perfect to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs. Arracheme was on top of everything. Also the bed was extremely comfortable. Slept better there than my own home. ould highly recommend..
