The BEST balcony and views!!!!!!!!!!

This was a very nicely decorated unit with by far the BEST balcony than anyone else's unit. The afternoon sun was never shining directly into the balcony like it was in other units. It was SHADE, SHADE, and only SHADE on the outdoor balcony. With 100+ degree summer temperature, this was very important to have and the patio ceiling fan was AWESOME so we never broke a sweat. We saw the views of boats, jetskis, yaghts, cliff jumpers, and even the disco tech boat go by at night playing the loud disco music. It was a blast to see all of this activity on the lake! Plus the subtle music from the restaurant / bar next door was nice...and we could always see what all was going on there since it is only 2 units down. THIS place is the BEST unit for these reasons and it is very nicely decorated with modern decor.
