This waterfront property is just a short drive from Austin and is situated on a 14 acre luxury resort that is surrounded by the crystal clear waters of Lake Travis. The landscaping and architecture create a Mediterranean atmosphere with palm trees surrounding the two outdoor pools. Stroll along the waters edge or make use of the several amenities which include pools/hot tubs, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, picnic area equipped with two gas grills and fire pit. A boat slip with a lift is available at the on-site marina to accommodate a 24 foot watercraft for those who choose to include the boat slip option with their villa.

Wow! Great views and decor, two super pools, hot tubs, barbeque areas and a boat dock! Easy access to the lake for waterskiing, fishing, or sightseeing. Water accessable restaurants with live music too! All right in the heart of the hill country.
