Description of the Lago Vista vacation townhouse rental

Enjoy Lake Travis, 44,000 acres of cool water, 270 miles of shoreline 64 miles long! Located in the Hill Country of Texas, it offers a great waterway to enjoy boating, skiing, swimming and other water sports. Watch the deer graze outside your door. We offer a place to come and feel at home.

This property also comes with access to several private low water boat launches and private park access.

Our suites are complete with kitchen, breakfast nook, a sofa bed, murphy bed, a queen size pillow top bed, a full size bed, and two full baths.

Area Description

Amenities: Air conditioning, cable TV, full kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, dishes. Linens are provided. No smoking is allowed. A limit of 1 dog or cat under 15 pounds will be allowed with a $250 deposit.

Lodging Tax: 12%
Deposits: Total rent is due at time of booking unless stay is more than 1 week. No deposit is required.
Other Fees: Holiday rates are an additional $25 per night and 3 night minimum. Cleaning fee of $35. Any damage or missing items will be charged charged to the credit card given at reservation. Excessive cleaning will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card given at reservation. Lost keys will result in a an additional fee of $50 to re-key the locks.

Our family had a wonderful opportunity to have some quality family time. We were there for the Easter break. The vacation house was warm and inviting. Having two bathrooms with all of the family there was a plus. We would love to visit again later.
