5 Star Luxury Vacation @ The Island on Lake Travis (#12128)

This condo was clean and attractive and had everything we needed for a great get away We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean and had an excellent view. We would definately stay again. This was better than expected, beautiful views and the place was very nice. We had a great time I took my teens and they LOVED it, how often do teens love anything? They thought the best part was feeding the deer that ate right from our hands... We will be back :) We had a great time here despite the cold rainy weather. Wonderful exercise room and indoor pool/spa tub. Pristine locker rooms and showers also! This condo was beautiful, clean and a wonderful location with a great view of the lake. It was such an easy rental online - never made one easier than this! Thanks for the great vacation! What a great get-away. We were so relaxed. The pool and hot tub were perfect and nothing can compare to the sunset over the lake. The local restaraunts and bars were a blast. The condo was perfect, like a 5 star resort. I will recommend it to everyone. Our only negative was that the fan in the bedroom made noise. The staff is very helpful as the housekeeper forgot to leave clean sheets for the fouton, but one phone call and we had sheets! The unit faces a beautiful courtyard and is very convenient to the pool. This is the most relaxing place in central Texas, and we will definitely rent here again. We rented to condos, a one bedroom and 2 bedroom. Although this was nice, it didnt compare to the newly remodeled 2 bedroom downstairs we rented. Nice view of the courtyard, but I would recommend the awesome pool and lake view condos. I've stayed at a lot of places in my life time, but I truly have to say The Island on Lake Travis was heaven on earth. Thank you for being so thoughtful and caring with every little detail in our condo. My husband and I are planning another getaway very soon. At the last minute, I found lakenights on the net and thought I'd try to book a room. I was just expecting a quiet getaway for a couple of days. What a surprise! I wasn't expecting a resort setting and an amazing pool & spa next to the lake. The condo was perfect and extremely clean. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking, especially at sunset. This will now be an annual trip. Everything was perfect - from the ease of booking the condo to the picturesque setting. Thank you lakenights! We will be back. I wish all vacation rentals were like the Lakenights suite! We decided to try this one after looking at the wonderful website (.lakenights). Our honeymoon was wonderful. It was three days in paradise. I loved the luxurious linens and towels!!! My husband and I snuck out here after work and had a lovely time. All the personal touches and complementary snacks and drinks really made our stay amazing. We'll be back!
