The villa offers guests a warm living environment and can accommodate up to 5 persons in comfort. Country style decorated living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, one double bedroom, one annex bedroom with a single bed and a mezzanine master bedroom with wood floor, accessible from the living room by a wooden-staircase. BBQ-area. Complementary traditional football game (matraquilhos). Ideal property for families looking for a location near the beach in a secluded and relaxing environment. Maid service 2x/week.

Area Description

Lagos city center (10 min. driving)
Only three kilometers from "Sagreiro" is the historic town of Lagos which successfully combines old world charm with a modern, cosmopolitan lifestyle. Travelers from all over the globe meet at terraced cafes along the promenade and at the modern Marina, providing a distinctly international flavour. In contrast the old harbour, with its brightly painted boats, is where local fishermen proudly display their day’s catch. Within the old town of Lagos, cobbled streets lined by centuries-old buildings and monuments tempt you to explore the colourful open-air markets and attractively decorated craft shops.
Lagos also have one of the most beautifull Marina's of Europe.

The course is a showpiece for the imagination of Frank Pennink, one of the most prolific golf course designers in Portugal.The reputation of the course - a Par 71 - derives from its skilful use of two different kinds of landscape, as well as its excellent level of maintenance.

Meia Praia beach (10 min. walking).
The beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful of the Algarve.Meia Praia, whose sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos is considered one of the bests.Meia Praia or São Roque - is a broad expanse of sand stretches for 4 km (2.5 miles) and offers all kinds of facilities for those who enjoy water sports. On the isthmus of the Alvor bar stands Meia Praia fort, which defended Lagos bay in the 17th and 18th centuries. Historians say that it was off these beaches that the galleons carrying the treasure of Moctezuma, an Aztec emperor captured by the soldiers of Herman Cortez, were shipwrecked in 1522
Ponta da Piedade and sheltering the bay of Lagos is most admired by visitors, with its caves, rocks and wonderfully transparent waters. North of Lagos, Barragem de Bravura is a water reservoir offering fine views.
