NICE PASS TO THE NICEST PRIVATE BEACH "THREE ARCH BAY" (1917) VINTAGE COTTAGE BEACH BUNGALOW. OCEAN VIEW TO MAIN BEACH & BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS OVER THE ISLAND OF CATALINA.
Nice newly furnished throughout with custom comfort bedding, one california king one full bed/trundle and just added new cottage sleeper sofa in queen size. Washer and dryer, two new cable TV's, phone for local calling and can have DSL internet, but need to request and I would follow up with cost. Fine art, two sun-decks, one parking spot and so much more. Specially located down town in the heart of Laguna Beach.
All properties are truly is cozy. And it would be a very memorable stay for your vacation. If you have children, they will have the time of their lives and note that the lifeguard is right at the sand at the bottom of the stairway also. A camera is a must!
